VICTORIA HOTEL RULE
1.Hotel provides a kind of comfortable temporary accommodation for Guests for limited time, agreed by the Hotel administration. Check-out time is 12 p.m. At the close of this period the Guest must leave the room. If you want to extend your stay at the hotel, please contact the hotel reception.
2.We don’t take hourly payment.
3. To order the room guest must provide the hotel employee with an ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card and pay for the room.
4.Payment for preferred room shall be made at the check-in time.
5.The hotel notifies the migration services of the Republic of Kazakhstan about the arrival of foreign citizens through the eQonaq information system.
6.The hotel does not assist foreign citizens in obtaining a temporary residence permit (RVP).
7.The hotel does not participate in any migration plans of foreign citizens.
8.The hotel does not disclose personal data of employees and owners of the company to guests and third parties.
9. The hotel services and facilities can be paid only in tenge (₸) according to the actual price list, in accordance with the current system of the so-called individual checkout hour.
10. Checking into a room guest pays according to the rate per day. Extension of the room is carried out after agreement with the hotel administrator and subject to availability.
11.Children from 0 till 10 y.o. stay free . A separate bed for a child over 10 years old is charged according to the current price list (the parent must present a birth certificate). All the categories of additional seats in one room (opposite-sex guests/children) can’t be booked in advance (subjects to availability).
12.Smoking and using a hookah brought with you or brought after your check-in in hotel rooms is prohibited according to Requirements to fire safety.
13.The list of all additional paid services and the current price list for them are available from the hotel staff.
14. The hotel administration doesn’t liable for any valuables of guests (including banknotes and securities) that were not stored in a safe deposit box at the reception desk.
15. Guests must take care of the property belonging to the hotel, as well as observe the established routine and cleanliness during staying at the hotel. If hotel property is lost or damaged, compensation for the damage falls on the guest who caused it. Damage is considered partial or complete (without the possibility of restoration or too costly in terms of repair) loss of properties of hotel property.
16. All hotel guests are required to strictly follow fire safety regulations. Smoking is not permitted, except in the designated smoking areas. Please refrain from any other acts that could cause a fire in your room or anywhere in the Hotel. Smoking in a hotel room will result in charges to the occupying Guest for paying a penalty at the rate of daily rent.
17.If you invite an outside visitor to your room, please notify the hotel administration about your plan.
18.Please make sure your door and windows are locked, the water taps are closed, the lights and the TV are turned off when you leave your room. The key should be handed over to the reception.
19.Our Guests are forbidden from doing:
19.1. the hotel Guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, leave his visitors in the room during his absence or give them the room key;
19.2. store unregistered firearms or swords, objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities;
19.3. keep animals or birds of any kind;
19.4. smoking in the room or on the balcony.
20. Hotel Administration shoulder commitment to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information of our guests in any circumstances.
21. Departing the hotel, the Guest is obliged to pay for all the services rendered to him, as well as to notify the hotel administration about his departure. The Guest has to wait till his room shall be accepted by the desk man and handed over the room key.
22. The hotel may refuse to accept the guests who grossly violated the Hotel Rules and Regulations during the last stay by damaging the hotel's or guests' property or by inflicting damage on other guests, hotel employees or other persons staying in the hotel or in other way violated the stay of other guests or the functioning of the hotel.
23. Hotel rules and regulations and all the current prices (with the date and number of the relevant document) of our additional paid services are always available for information purposes.
24. Our Guests are welcome 24/7.
25. For the purposes of ecology and the hotel's policy, bed linen is changed every 3 days. the towel is changed every day.
